Relatively easy install, love the divert feature! : RainReserve 2012303 Rain Barrel Complete Diverter Kit (Barrel Not Included)

It works as claimed, and seems to do a pretty good job retention mosquitoes out. I needed A Lot of water, so I went no ifs ands or buts cheap on the barrels themselves and as a effect had to do some fancy improvisation with adapters to get the supplied parts to feed the barrels I have, but it all works now, and I am pleased. I did break the top piece while installation. Be truthful when installing not to over-tighten the two screws that hold the rain diverter to the house. The whole front of the diverter exploded into pieces when I did this, and now it doesn't look great. Still works, though.
